The lady we spoke with was Fantastic. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for and what we needed. She showed us multiple mattresses and bed’s over and over again until we made our final choice. She was so patient and helpful, we walked away so happy with the whole process and we have already told multiple friends how brilliant she was in the Dreams York store.

Very helpful member of staff. Knowledgeable about the products. Used the sleep analyse to identify the products most suitable for us.
