The lady we spoke with was Fantastic. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for and what we needed. She showed us multiple mattresses and bed’s over and over again until we made our final choice. She was so patient and helpful, we walked away so happy with the whole process and we have already told multiple friends how brilliant she was in the Dreams York store.

Very helpful sales assistant. You can get her name from the receipt. She did not hound me, which I hate, but she was there to give me advice amongst the many options. She behaved PERFECTLY. I might have walked out of the store without buying anything and gone online, but her help and friendliness made me want to buy from her. She was swift with a sheet for me to lie on if I wanted to test the mattresses. She was helpful with the buying transaction where the beds needed to go from the York store to a London address. I rate her 5 stars.
