Very helpful sales assistant. You can get her name from the receipt. She did not hound me, which I hate, but she was there to give me advice amongst the many options. She behaved PERFECTLY. I might have walked out of the store without buying anything and gone online, but her help and friendliness made me want to buy from her. She was swift with a sheet for me to lie on if I wanted to test the mattresses. She was helpful with the buying transaction where the beds needed to go from the York store to a London address. I rate her 5 stars.

Matt was extremely knowledgable about all the products, and offered us a very helpful and friendly service, also allowed us plenty of time to think about our new bed, and we had a nice cup of coffee.

As I knew very little about the type of mattress I wanted I was very pleased with the help I received and the pleasant manner of the assistant. She seemed very knowledgeable and friendly and was not trying to rush me into a decision. The store was attractive with a good selection of bedding. When I had decided on my 2 mattresses the order was quickly paced and delivery date organised.

The assistant Chris was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and patient, was not pushy and gave us sound advice on which mattresses we could choose from
