The staff were very friendly and helpful

From the moment we walked into the store we greeted with a warm and friendly reception from Chris & the team. He carefully explained how to select the correct type of mattress using the interactive system placed over the test bed. He then explained how the findings could be interpreted (e.g.green & red markers on the mattresses) and then invited us to try the relevant mattresses in the York store. At no time we were rushed or felt under any pressure to make a decision - once the decision had been made the following admin procedure was completed with the minimum of fuss but with clear explanations regarding delivery etc - oh and you supply excellent coffee!!
