Very happy with the customer service at York store, the young girl Rachel was very helpful and found me exactly what I needed!

Chris was personable, knowledgeable and provided the correct level of help without been intrusive. We felt that COVID guidelines were adhered to and that the whole process was enjoyable. As a comparison, afterwards we went to Benson's for Beds where the complete opposite was true - very little interest was shown and the product knowledge was not demonstrated and hence why we returned to complete our order with Dreams. Chris in particular was a credit to your organisation - well done!!

Both Paul and Rachel were very helpful when we were looking for a mattress to buy for a new house. Paul spent a lot of time with us whilst we laid on different beds testing the mattresses trying to find the best one for us. All this was very COVID safe with paper laid down for us to lay on. Rachel was very helpful when we went back a few weeks later to purchase a mattress. She explained the delivery service and how we can change the date for a time which suits us and the bed cover. Excellent customer service and lovely people
