Every time I have been into the Dreams store at Clifton Moor, Nikki has spoken to us immediately. She has always been very friendly and remained in constant communication with myself with replying to emails straight away and phone calls to ensure our finance application was sorted. She is an asset to the business and we are very impressed with the service. Definitely will return for our spare bedroom beds!! Thanks Nikki! Monica & Sam

The sales assistant Rachel was lovely, so helpful. Answered all our questions and spent almost an hour with us while we made our decision.

The manager Paul Winter was excellent. We were in the store a long time and he got the balance of helping with our queries and then leaving us whilst we made our decisions absolutely perfect. He is a very friendly guy, knowledgeable and made us feel at ease while we were in the Clifton Moor, York store. I would definitely recommend this store
