Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. When we needed to alter our purchase, the staff were fully understanding and as helpful as possible. Recommend Dreams to a family member as a result of the service we received and they made a purchase which was over £4000.

My wife and I were most impressed with the way in which your Salesperson (Matthew) introduced himself, and his very helpful and conscientious attitude towards our needs. Advisory without being "pushy." He skilfully guided us through the selection of beds on offer, taking account of the specific requirements of my wife's physical restrictions. From the beginning to the end of the entire process, he gave us 100%of his attention.
