Nikki was very knowledgable and walked us around several beds, explaining the benefits of each and providing us time to feel comfortable in our surroundings. When we said we’d think about it and return later she didn’t pressure us and gave us her name and contact details allowing us time to go to some competitors, however the customer experience we received at Dreams was superior and we liked the cool touch mattress so returned.
