The lady who spoke to us at the beginning was amazing, she was so helpful. She gave me loads of advice about the mattresses and listened to EXACTLY what I had said regarding what we disliked about our current one. And explained to me how one in particular would suit us better. I then left the store to think about it and speak to my husband but I returned within about 5 mins to make the purchase, mainly because your member of staff had been so helpful and given me so much information, I was so confident in buying it! It was also totally refreshing to not get jumped on and pushed into an attempted sale. I have already told my auntie who is wanting a new mattress to go there and also told anyone who will listen to me how great the experience was.
