Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. Everything was explained clearly and in detail. I liked the personal experience I was granted with volume of music, lighting, bed warmer.

The receptionist was very knowledgeable and nice. My esthetician (Tabitha) is great! I like coming to the spa and looking at the products. I always buy something.

Overall, the massage was good with this therapist. However, I've had better experiences with another therapist at the Hand and Stone in Fresno. The therapist somewhat worked on the areas I said were a problem, but I felt more attention good be paid to them. The massage was fine, but not outstanding.

My massage therapist is attentive and understands what I need for managing my chronic pain. If I have questions or concerns we are able to discuss possible solutions before and during my massage! there is just enough interaction during the massage to target pain areas but still be able to take a quiet moment to relax. Great balance and the reason I continue to book with him on a monthly basis.
