The ambiance and customer service is always on point at the Clovis location. Everyone from the front desk clerks to the therapists are always so warm and friendly. I have and will continue to recommend Hand & Stone to my friends and family

Upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile. The assistant manager Makenzie made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I had never received a facial before. I enjoyed every minute of it and will definitely be getting one again. Hand and Stone hands down the best.

I have pain in back and legs massages help with pain

This was my first time ever getting a full body massage. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The front desk was very informative and knowledgeable. They helped clear up an issue with my app being connected to my account since my wife booked my first appointment as a birthday gift. Christa was a great masseuse. She was friendly and professional and did a wonderful job working on the knot in my back/shoulder area. I feel so much better.

I like the massage therapist and just wish it would be a full 50 minute massa

Melinda is very knowledgeable, friendly and good at what she does. She does an excellent job with my skin. I keep coming back because she is there and we have a great rapport.
