The Hand & Stone receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. She checked me in and explained what to expect when I meet with the therapist. The therapist was very knowledgeable and worked on specific areas of my back that needed extra attention.

Jenevra does a great job focusing on areas of need. She makes suggestions that I can implement. I feel like she is the best therapist I have ever had because she makes it a point to understand my concerns.

Massage therapist has great technique. Therapist makes me feel comfortable. Front office staff are very nice and efficient.

The Clovis location is near home which makes it very convenient. The store is kept clean and staff is very welcoming. I love my estecian! She takes time with me and asks if I have any specific concerns at each appointment.

I loved the ambience and friendliness the staff. The facial felt great and I was so relaxed. It was a great experience.
