It is the gift card policy . Everything else was great . Just because I’m not a member I still should be able to use a gift card more than twice if someone gives them to me .

The person who greeted me was really helpful & kind—she checked me in efficiently, told me about the specials & assisted me in booking a service. The massage therapist was great too—addressed my specific concerns & was clearly knowledgeable

I just learned they are upping their rates. May influence me if I keep my membership or not

I had the best experience at Hand and Stone. It was my first time getting a facial at a spa, so I didn't know what to expect. My esthetician explained the process so that I fully understood. She was so friendly that I felt comfortable asking her so many questions about the tools she used and how to upkeep my skin care. I'd definitely go back.

As always Jasmine made my appointment wonderful. She is knowledgeable, kind, and as goes above and beyond at my appointments. I never feel pressured into upgrading it buying product, she allows me to make the decision myself based on the information she gives me. I have seen sign significant improvement in my skin since she became my esthetician.

Melinda my esthetician is such a joy! Her knowledge and expertise are greatly appreciated and shows in her work. The receptionist I checked out with is friendly and efficient. I wish I remembered her name, but I’m sure you can pull that up.

I was made welcome when checking in. Monica was very helpful in relieving all the pain from the areas I specified. Receptionist was very informative on the membership and scheduling my next appointment.

Massage therapist worked on the critical items first. Massage room was clean and comfortable. Therapist was knowledgeable in dealing with golfers elbow.
