We know the menu from many prior visits, but this time we were also interested in healthy choices. Compared to other restaurants (especially fast food) Wahoo's is hand's down a great place to go. My entire family are well and enjoyed their dinner. My only criticism would be to avoid over-cooking the fish, causing it to lose moisture and flavor. Still, I can see this place becoming a favorite! I wish there was another location in north Fontana!
