The front desk gal was super helpful and went out of her way to make sure I got the product I wanted. Followed up quickly with service advice that was much needed. She was very nice and fun to talk with as well as the gentleman that was there in front as well. I was surprised at the level of service and will be beck now that I know the quality of service and care this store provides. Thank you!

Alignment on 90 Chevy G20. Steering wheel was off center. Used Groupon voucher. Very pleased with results.

The woman who did my check in was so nice, asking how is my day and adding in extra kind conversation. She was also very helpful when I called in for a quote shortly before my appointment. While helping customers and answering the phones she kept calm and warm the whole time. It was a great intro to Big O Tires experience. My car tires were installed in under an hour! BIG THANK YOU to the workshop team! The kind gentleman who rang me up was very patient with my questions regarding getting the best price, asking about deals and price matching, he explained the benefits of a warranty and explained all the other coverages. There was no pressure or sales pitch and I really appreciated the kindness and understanding he showed. This is my first Big O experience and I will be recommending them as well as returning in the future. A+++ to the Hayward crew at #5313 and thank you for the peace of mind and new tires :)
