Big O Tires

Had a flat tire on Sat. of Labor Day weekend. They were pretty busy. I left the tire. Within a couple hours I rec'de a text that the tire was fixed. I showed up and they mounted it. Checked all the other tires for proper inflation and then re-checked the torque on the lug nuts of the tire they fixed. The spare was properly stored and secured. Couldn't be happier with the service and attention to detail. They treated my $25 service like a $600 service.

I forgot the last time I had service, they mentioned that I needed tires soon…when i showed up for my oil change the associate went out to get my mileage and again mentioned that my tires were bald on both edges…he then extended the discount that had been mentioned on my last appointment…that was nice…I’ve had a lot of unexpected expenses this month…I appreciate the help!
