My husband and I were on our way home to San Diego exhausted from a very long work trip when we got a flat on the freeway. We were still an hour away from home and started to panic when we realized that all tire shops anywhere near us were either already closed or about to close very soon. After calling MULTIPLE places, we finally found Big O Tires! As we were waiting for AAA to put our spare on, we gave the shop a call to see if they would be able to squeeze us in. Ronald answered the phone and was extremely kind and helpful! He checked to see if our size of tire was in stock, and it was!! He assured us he would be able to help if we got our car to the shop before closing. We got there with 15 minutes until closing and left with two minutes left to spare! We are so grateful to Ronald and Jorgo for their fast and kind service! We appreciate you, Ronald for all of your help with our situation. You truly don’t know how much it meant to us to be able to safely drive all the way home on a new tire instead of our spare! I know it can be a burden sometimes when customers are pulling in right before closing, but you never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. We are so grateful!

I had the brakes inspected and was told there was mild vibration, which I already knew, but that the braking system was safe. I was given a quote and told I could do the work or wait until later. I appreciated that I was not rushed into buying something right away.
