Big O Tires

Ronald Bland was excellent. I originally came in for an oil change. I knew my tires were worn but Ronald and the team inspected all four tires an found serious problems. He may very well have saved me from an accident and loss of life. Very grateful to the whole team. Ronald was great he explained everything very clearly.The tires, invoice and warranty . I'm very impressed an definitely will be a repeat customer. Everything went very smooth.

All of the gentlemen there are very helpful, very nice, and communicate clearly. The time it took to complete the job was exactly what was expected.

I have been going to Big O for years because of the great customer service. I pulled in on Tuesday and Irish met me at my car. He was very friendly and directed me inside to get started. I have met Mark and Chris before and they are always friendly and professional. I was sorry to hear Ryan is moving, but I feel the good customer service will continue. I appreciate them making me feel welcome. I usually make an appointment. I didn’t on Tuesday and they still gave me great service with a great attitude.

Ryan was very helpful in getting me checked in for my tire repair and Miguel did a good job of accessing what needed to be done. Both were very professional and communicated well.
