Price for oil change was supposed to be $79.99 plus tax. Somehow it became $84.94. I did not notice nor did the associate tell me. No effort was made to explain the bill to me nor tell me if they noticed anything else.

Feels over priced. 2 rotor and brake pad charged 530 which is very high when checked product cost in canadian tire or other sites

Grease was left on engine bonnet after oil change, technicians should clean it up. Price of the oil change varies based on the price of the oil, that makes NO SENSE!!! Also, there was an ash tray that had money in it & upon picking it up, there was money in the floor….. there would be NO REASON for that to have happened. I will NOT bring the vechile there for service again

I booked an apt online to have my front brake pads replaced, everyone was kind and quick but I was told after my brake service that they did not have my front brake pads in stock. So I had to make a secondary appointment to have done, what I requested the first appointment. (Booked a week in advance). Also was told after I paid for the service incompletely, that it only takes 1-2 business days to have it shipped to store.
