Big O Tires

I have been coming to your place for 15+ years, now I am thinking to switch to another shop in the town. This is the second time that your shop has left the underneath oil cap loose where the oil has been leaking since yesterday. It is frustrating as I have to change my plans and borrow my wife’s week to go to work.

Have proper tools for services being provided.

Honor your ad of buy 3 tires receive 1 free. Booked it on line selected tires and set appointment. When I go there I was told those tires were unavailable. Had tires that would fit but the price was $300 higher. SAY WHAT? Well we have a buy 3 get one free but you need to buy the alignment and tire package to get the deal. SAY WHAT? No where does it say that in the ad or the sign waving in the wind outside the store. Nowhere on line either. Here is the kicker. Sales guy Says in these four walls you have to buy the alignment and tire protection plan by orders of the owner. Total ripoff. I would say consumer fraud. In fact if I don't hear back from you on why this practice is allowed to happen me you and the BBB will have a separate conversation. Oh and maybe class action suit if I can figure out other customers had tthe same experience. Ultimately they did give me the buy 3 get 1 free but only after I had a long conversation with your associate agreed to give me the deal without the add on which would have been more than the free tire. If this is the practice of BigOTire you should be ashamed of yourself and the business practices of the franchisee.

Just be honest to customers about the price..I feel like they over charge to pocket money..I shouldn't be able to negotiate prices if their honest sales associates
