Customer service and trust, Daniel was very courteous and helpful whole time. I was upfront given cost and my SUV was ready as told. He even educated me how to drive from now on.

Got an appointment quickly on the phone. Staff was very friendly and the work was done in the quickest amount of time.

Steve was very clear and helpful. I have worked him previously and he provides consistent friendly service. Each time I have brought my car in for service, the wait is reasonable, and work is completed in a timely manner.

I didn’t make an appointment, so I figured I would be there for a while, but it went very well and I ask for a new air filter too, but the service supervisor came up to me and said mine is still very clean, thank you for being honest and I will return!

Great prices and professional service

Daniel Nguyen is such a great addition to the team at the Tracy location. He explains the work performed and goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer is satisfied. I fought for Big O Tires for my fleet vehicle needs and they always take care of us. Today was a bit scary because we found out a faulty part was installed and it could have been really bad because it was leaking a lot of oil. They were able to solve it, but things like this makes my bosses ask questions.
