Process was easy and timing was very good

Sam was extremely friendly and very helpful. Sam got in and out in a very timely matter. Sam offer me coffe and water. Sam called me and let me know my car was ready!!!

The wait was much shorter than expected. Everything was explained very well and was so friendly.

I didn’t call ahead to schedule and they were able to get me right in. I brought in a loose wheel and tire to have installed and they went above and beyond with swapping the tpms, balancing the tire, installed it onto my vehicle and stowed my spare tire back in its place! Will be back for any tire needs

I always do my tire business with this particular Big O location! Always very friendly and helpful! I trust them because they have always taken care of my needs for past 10 years and I used another location for longer than that before we moved!
