Big O Tires

I'm an 82-year-old army veteran who has recently moved to Yukon. I had low tire and stopped at Big O Tires to have it checked out. There was a screw in the tire, and they offered to fix it, but during our conversation the manager found out I would be driving to Minnesota soon and checked all my tires. There was one tire that showed cupping and the amount of tread left on the other tires was minimal, I agreed. The manager asked me questions about how much I drive, do I often go on long drives and looked up what a new set of would cost based on those questions. With in an hour, I was back on the road again with a new set. A great experience at Yokon, Oklahoma

I ordered the tires, and scheduled the appointment online. when I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment, they were ready for me, and had my tires ready. The 2 techs that worked on my vehicle were very timely and professional. I was Highly Satisfied with the work done and the time it took.
