I had a screw in my tire. Big O git me right in and right out. I had a conversation with the technician and he said the tires and brakes looked good and that estimated about 30,000 miles of life left barring any problems. I asked him to get me quotes on the Cooper and Big O. We discussed the standard warranty that comes with the Big O. He was honest and upfront definitely earned my business in this new set I’ll have to purchase before long.

The guys at the Big O store in Yukon, OK are the greatest! They always take great care of us. I couldn't ask for a friendlier, more helpful, or more professional group of guys.

The customer service was knowledgeable and polite. Sitting area was clean. I saw a few customers come and go, he was that polite with everyone.

I'm an 82-year-old army veteran who has recently moved to Yukon. I had low tire and stopped at Big O Tires to have it checked out. There was a screw in the tire, and they offered to fix it, but during our conversation the manager found out I would be driving to Minnesota soon and checked all my tires. There was one tire that showed cupping and the amount of tread left on the other tires was minimal, I agreed. The manager asked me questions about how much I drive, do I often go on long drives and looked up what a new set of would cost based on those questions. With in an hour, I was back on the road again with a new set. A great experience at Yokon, Oklahoma

I’ve used Big O for all y tire purchases and tire related purchases. I have recently started using them for oil changes. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and welcoming. They always do a fantastic job. They are thorough and precise as well as competitively priced.
