Big O Tires

Took a lot longer than expected.

The product I was expecting was not available!

Lack of selection. Only two options and both were mid grade but priced at premium scale. Need to have better prices ands greater selection.

We brought the car in to have the tires rotated, balanced and an alignment check. The tires were not balanced and it says a wheel alignment was recommended, but it was not recommended. The car has the same problem as when we brought it in. The only recommendation we were told was that we need new tires which is not noted anywhere on the ticket????

I bought four tires online, scheduled an appointment, and used your company's credit card offer for payment. I called to confirm payment details and asked about a teacher's discount. The representative assured me that my husband only needed to notify them when the car was ready. However, the final invoice was $140 higher than expected due to a required service not selected online. This raises questions about the purpose of the appointment and the misleading information on your website. Additionally, I was informed that the store does not offer a teacher's discount on tire installation or tires. I'm confused about the discount's purpose and why it wasn't clarified earlier. I could have purchased the tires elsewhere and avoided feeling deceived.

The two gentleman up front were very rude.
