No appointment was necessary. Always fast and fast out easy to just drop by.

Customer service is always excellent. The staff know me and how busy I am and work hard and efficiently to get me taken care of as quickly as possible. Jenny Ibarra went over everything that was recommended and made sure I knew what work needed to be done.

When no other mechanic shop/ tire shop could complete the task, Big O and their outstanding staff had no issue in determining the situation and they had staff on Saturday that could complete the task. They are terrific. Thank you!
