Big O Tires

Asked to install a new battery and alignment, but the tec forgot? Causing more wait time.

I specifically asked for a self inflating/run flat tire to match my other 3. I was told the tire being picked up was this. When I went to pay the service tech matter of factly says, "oh ya the tire isn't a run flat, we didn't have any and it would've taken a day to get it so we just put that on". He proceed to tell me how it's not important to March and how run flats are really not useful. HOWEVER I CLEARLY STATED THIS IS WHAT I WANTED! Not sure why he couldn't have told me BEFORE installing, giving me a chance to make the decision. Now I've paid for a tire I have to replace to match the others. I won't be coming back for service again because of this lack of care and communication with me as the paying customer. Service was fast. I realize the guy was trying to help me get to work as I'd told him I had to get to my 2nd job in 45 minutes but it still should have been communicated to me AND he should NOT have dismissed the importance of matching tires!

I was satisfied with the service I just live out of state and it would take me 6hrs to come get my next service.

I was only in for trailer tires. Only one option was given to me so I was unsure if there was only one trailer tire that was stocked or they only wanted to give me one option. Either way the price was about what I expected to pay and service was very prompt.

I was satisfied with the experience, I went in got my new tires and left happy. It just took a while to get to my car since others kept showing up. Not unhappy with it, just not happy with it either! It was a pleasant time, was happy to get it done. They did a wonderful job

I think being charged $57 for putting on a new tire is a rip off. It was a company van who purchased new “big o” tires so there was a warrantee. I received a new tire…. But being charged $57 is just a way for you guys to recoup some money back

Three hours for a diesel oil change because they could not get the correct parts brought to the store is unacceptable. Called first thing in the morning and told it would not be a problem to get it changed in a timely manner - more workers were milling around than working. Very poor customer service with no followup from anyone why it was taking so long.

The following day, my car was dragging the oil cover. I took it and they fixed it. They were fast. I am afraid that this is going to happen next time.

I bought the extra warranty for these tires and I expected that it would not have cost me this much to have my tires replaced under warranty. Your competitor has did not charge me for a similar situation.

The oil change went good but they weren’t able to change my brakes in the timeframe that I needed and was promised. We ended up leaving without getting the brakes done because we had plans and because they said we were up next and then left for 2 hours and the car hadn’t even moved.
