Big O Tires

They just overfilled my oil, would think they would know how much oil to put in the car. It caused an issue on our Christmas trip to SLC the next day.

Everything was great, but after driving out of town my tires were balanced completely wrong. Had to go to out of town store to fix

I had my front right wheel bearing assembly and 4 new tires installed a few months ago. I noticed a vibration it the steering wheel at medium speeds. I brought it in today. I was told both wheel bearings needed to be replaced. One under warranty. I approve the work and picked up my truck when completed. On my drive home I noticed a high pitched grinding sound from the drivers front side. I called big O as they would be closed in 30min. They said they couldn't do anything tonight. I pulled into the closest big o and told them the issue. They removed the tire and could see the caliper dust shield had been smashed in and had worn a groove in the rotor. Upon further inspection we noticed 4-5 half moon dents that appeared to be from a hammer on the edge of the rotor with large chunks from missing from the back of the rotor at each strike mark. I will be taking my truck back as soon as they open in the morning. Im eagerly waiting to see how they will explain this and resolve the issue. I can't believe they didn't notice or bring it to my attention. They could have easily lied and upsold me on new rotors...

Be honest and don’t purposely brake my car. Also, actually change the oil-not just say you do then just top it off.

Get a new manager and staff

Brought my vehicle with custom high-end wheels into this location for a tire balance and rotation. I have been here a few times before. I clearly explained that I did not want the Tire Technicians scraping the back of my wheels to get the weights off. I even showed them how to properly remove the balance weights from my wheels without scratching my wheels and one of the techs did not listen and severely scratched one of my wheels. This was extremely disappointing for me! And is unacceptable! If a customer gives explicit instructions on what they would like done with their wheels the shop should know how to accommodate and deal with high end wheels. Very disappointed!

there will be no next visit, I will not pay that much for not much service
