Richard was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable with the experience. He asked me several questions and told me he didn’t want to over sell me but was more concerned with putting me in the tires that would do me the best for my driving habits. I’ve never had anyone say I DONT want to over sell me. Richard was as honest and personal with me as I’ve ever had someone selling me ever be. I will recommend all my family and friends. As I called in, I was told they had my tires and could install them immediately. Very friendly staff, quickly completed the tire mounting, etc.

I've been coming to Big O tires for several years in the beginning I was not happy with the high pressure upsell tactics & went to some place else for my oil change but I came back & am very happy I did. The high pressure upsell seems to be gone price is very fair and all staff is extremely professional. I will be buying my next set of tires from BigO

Richard was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Visited for a flat repair, unknown to me, the vehicle I had just purchased had expired tires on it. I was given two price levels, both seemed fair. They were able to get my vehicle in right away, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

The ability to drop it off on a Sunday evening, and have the work completed the next day is priceless. They called first thing in the morning to arrange everything, and worked with us to make sure we got the right price for what we needed.
