Richard was very helpful and previously fixed something small for me for no charge but asked me to come back when it was time for new tires, so I did, and he had the tires ready for me!

Rich is always very friendly and straightforward with any questions I have. He makes the whole experience great! I will always go to Big O because of Rich and his professional attitude

You guys have great products and great service but the problem I had was I scheduled an appointment for Monday morning online and drop my vehicle off Sunday night I received a call early Monday morning saying my vehicle will be done around 4:00 I have tires under warranty and one of them had a flat so it needed to be replaced they didn't have my tire in stock but he said they're going to order one and have it later in the day in my vehicle should be done at 4:00 I arrived a little after 4:00 and my vehicle wasn't done so he looked online and saw that the tire wouldn't be delivered till 6:30 Monday night so I had to leave my vehicle overnight again and I picked it up 4:00 on Tuesday another problem I have is why do I have to pay any fees for something under warranty I had to pay a tire disposal fee estate tax fee and I had to extend my tire protection plan that does not make any sense when your tires are under warranty you're covered 50,000 MI that should be a policy that comes with the tire not that you have to pay extra each time

I was amazed at how fast this was. They are awesome! I will always come here now.
