Big O Tires

I was told that my car needed some replacement parts because it still had the originals but not what was wrong with those originals or what could happen if I didnt replace them. I was told that because they were originals that the replacement would be a world of difference but the car doesn’t feel much different. In the end I was given one choice of part/service and it seemed like my options were to do the whole thing or leave which I wasn’t super happy about. Ended up paying almost $2500 for what I expected to be maybe a few hundred dollars. I’m just hoping it helps my car last because I’ve done a few of these big repairs now and I don’t want that all to go in a scrapyard in a year.

Explained to Mr.Gibbs that this was my son’s car. He just finished high school and is not wealthy. I see on invoice that he/I paid $80 for “TIRE PROTECTION PLAN.” this was not explained. IF IT WAS OPTIONAL, I would have declined.

I asked Richard at the counter to have the technician balance my passenger side print tire as the weights had fallen off to to excessive heat from the brake. I watched him write it on the order but there are no new weights in the tire and that tire now wobbles above 50 mph. I will now have to visit another shop to have them balance the tire

While my front bumper lip was already damaged, it appears during the instigation process that it was further damaged as it was out of placed and cracked.

Everything was fine and I was fully satisfied with my visit. Dropped the car off at 10 am, and it was ready to pick up in less than 25 minutes.
