Big O Tires

I came in on Friday to see about getting a flat tire repaired. I was told very quickly that it could not be repaired because of the tread wear. I also wanted to shop for tires while I was waiting on the tire repair but almost left when BigO wasn't even going to consider repairing my flat. I had wanted to shop for tires for a couple of weeks and already knew what I wanted and that I could get them at BigO. When I told the service guy that I wanted the flat repaired so I could put it on my vehicle to drive in for new tires it seemed that all of a sudden he was willing to look at repairing the tire again as well as giving me more attention. (I brought the tire in with my second vehicle.) After getting his attention and arguing over what tires I wanted I finally was able to get them ordered and was able to get them installed the next day. (They had to be ordered.) To be fair, they were very busy with people rushing in from the first snow in the mountains. I, on the other hand, just happened to have a flat that increased my urgency in getting the new tires that I have already researched. I could have gone to somewhere else and thought about it. I hope that I don't regret it.

Took 5 days to get tires in.

Staff was very friendly. Tired were upgraded at “no charge”. Quick google search show the same tires available for about the same price so not sure how that is an upgrade. Also was charged for a tire warranty without being asked first.

Pricing, I had to pay for one tire the same amount I paid for 2 tires 6 months ago,

I came in for a new set of tires. The price was great at $920 considering I paid $1200+ for the last model/set of tires I bought here. I'd been having trouble with my battery charging recently. Richard took the initiative to test my alternator for me. He noticed it was drawing very low so thanks to him I was able discover I had a faulty (new) alternator and got an exchange at Oreillys down the road. Service was super. I came in at opening and picked my car up before noon. Drives so smooth now thanks Big Os.
