Staff was very friendly. Tired were upgraded at “no charge”. Quick google search show the same tires available for about the same price so not sure how that is an upgrade. Also was charged for a tire warranty without being asked first.

I came in for a new set of tires. The price was great at $920 considering I paid $1200+ for the last model/set of tires I bought here. I'd been having trouble with my battery charging recently. Richard took the initiative to test my alternator for me. He noticed it was drawing very low so thanks to him I was able discover I had a faulty (new) alternator and got an exchange at Oreillys down the road. Service was super. I came in at opening and picked my car up before noon. Drives so smooth now thanks Big Os.

Resolve the issue brought to your attention. Especially before suggesting other substantially expensive repairs.

I was supposed to go to Costco tire shop but just dropped by the big o tire shop since I would like to compare the price. The staff recommend me to use continental tires which is a good fit for honda accord so I decided to move forward with Big o tire. Besides, they talked to me they would offer me the tires with a good price. However, I realized they changed the Hankook tires which is way below my expectation. I should’ve gone to Costco for Bridgestones if I knew they changed the Hankook tires instead of continental tires

I brought my car in and told them it was shuddering. They called me with the estimate at $2,600 to replace struts and I told them I wanted to research. I called them back and before I could tell them no they lowered the price to 2,100 because their "vendor" agreed to lower the price. I agreed to the work to eliminate the shudder (replace front struts). When I showed up to pay they tried to charge me 2800! I reminded him the he said 2100 and he played with the invoice to get to 2200. I was tired of dealing with him so paid it. When I drove the car home there was absolutely zero change to the shudder. I took it back the next day and then they said it was the transmission and nothing they could do! I paid $2500 (with tax) for a repair that had zero impact on the reason I brought the car in. They never drove it to understand the issue. Fixed the wrong thing. And were dishonest in the pricing process.
