Chris went out of her way to take care of me. Great communication. Found another dangerous problem. Repairs were not needed but it will be under warranty. She contacted my rental car company and had the rental picked up. She went above and beyond. I felt very taken care of. Thank you.

Chris is a customer service guru. She took care of my flat tire/tire purchase needs quickly, efficiently and professionally. This is not my first interaction with her. Given I do business with BIG O in Issaquah, it great to have a qualified 'manager' to work with.
