Rich responded to my web appointment and walked me through the tires and other things i need to get done. While more expensive than expected, I trusted Rich judgement. Rich was swamped with calls so he called me back so he could walk me through all that was needed. What was great was i was expecting Rich to tell me appointment in 2 weeks, when I told him i talking long drive Fri he offered to take me in that day, but i couldnt but he prioritized me on Wed. The tire change, and balancing etc was done in 90 mins ,.. i was expecting 3 hours. All was great.
