Great customer service! Pleased and surprised to be waited on by another woman. Service was done quickly as scheduled and I was notified when it was completed. I’ve been doing business with Big O in California and now Washington for over 30 years!

I had a great experience at Big O Tires when I needed a tire replacement and oil change. The maintenance took about two hours, but it was great talking to the employee Chris to pass the time. Everyone went above and beyond to provide outstanding service and were incredibly patient in addressing all my concerns. The staff were also very honest about the pricing and helped me find the best deal. I will absolutely come here next time I need car maintenance. Thanks guys for making this easy.
