Excellent communication in keeping me up to date on the progress and very friendly staff

I was on a visit to Issaquah, Wa., when my car all the sudden Gabe me a battery system failure, and the car essentially died on the spot. I contacted Richard at Big O’ Tires and explained my situation, and he told me to get it towed over and he would fit me into their schedule. We did that and to Richard’s word, he fit us into the schedule, diagnosed the issue and was able to get the car completed earlier than he committed to have the car complete. The manager, Richard Gibbs, was extremely accommodating when I rolled in from out of town with a bad wheel bearing issue on my boat trailer. The mechanic did a great job replacing my spindle and wheel bearing (while I waited) during a busy day.

Not from the area, had tire pressure come on and heard good reviews of this place. They were able to find the issue and replaced all new tires as my current ones were no longer safe for repair
