Lots of product and not just strictly bird food, houses, etc. I love the other merchandise, lots of options for great gifts, and also love the cards. Because I live in Florence, I’m not in Eugene very often so else I’d be a more frequent shopper at WBU.

I tried bird feeding once abd it didn't go well because I didn't have the knowledge necessary to ger the right type of feeder, food or place for the feeder. This time I was able to do research on your website and the WBU employees were able to further help me find the right seed and equipment for my needs. There were very understanding of my just starting out and very helpful. I feel confident coming to them with bird and feeding questions in the future.

The staff member who helped me was awesome. They helped me problem solve my starling problem and provided me with information about nesting boxes and material. It was a great experience!

Products are good quality and the customer service is stellar. I am rarely, if ever, disappointed with either an in-store visit or online order. Gene has been exceptionally helpful with bird questions and made many good recommendations. The store is very welcoming and pleasant and I find it hard to leave once there.
