I wrote out the whole saga on the Freebirds Feedback page. I had a terrible customer service experience involving my burrito sitting on the counter for several minutes untouched. It was a rare experience because I love Freebirds. But it was very disappointing.

Incredibly rude staff. Everything we said was met with a short, catty remark (from all employees we had contact with) and we were very upset at our treatment. I'm glad to say I won't ever be back to that establishment, because I live out of town. Being in a bad mood ruined my meal. ??
