Current Employee - Advanced Repair Agent in California, MD I have been working at Best Buy full-time (More than 5 years) Recommends Positive Outlook CEO Pros Decent benefits, pleasant work environment for the most part Cons Even as a member of the Geek Squad you are pressured about sales. I am pressured to meet performance targets instead of providing services and solutions that best fit the needs of the customer. Advice to Management I know it's a business and the point is to make money, but lay of the sales pitches from the Geek Squad. Save that stuff for the sales floor.

My husband and I love Freebirds, and we don't see many!! We are only about 10 minutes away from this location and there are plenty of shopping places in the area. The woman who made our lunch was so friendly, helpful and had a great personality. The food was excellent as always!!
