cashier was rude and distracted. I have been a customer of taco time for years. I love the great food, today was a disappointment. I hope it's not the new normal.

I went thru the drive they and immediately after leaving, I realized the young Landry working the register did not give me my change back. (Which was about $5.00) so I had to drive back to taco time, hey my special need child out of the car , and bring my order inside. I asked for a manager I politely let her know that the drive thru lady did not give me any of my change. The woman immediately started yelling all the way a cross the restaurant from her spot at the window daying yes I did yes I did give u your change back, saying it over and over again. She was getting all worked up, I told the manager I was 100% positive she did not give me my money, The manager took out the girls till and counted it and sure enough I was right and the manager gave me my money, Here is my issue! I understand people make mistakes. I truly believe it was an accident and the girl dd not do it intentionally, HOWEver, she refused to apologize to me, I told a different staff member they I thought it was very rude that neither the girl or the manager apologized for the inconvenience,. Which would have made a big difference.
