Good food at every location.

I ordered a burrito for the first time and it tasted alright. I love rice in my burritos, but all of the rice here has cilantro in it and I hate cilantro! Other than that the food was great and the staff was alright.

The store was clean and service was fast. Food was OK.

The service was fast and friendly. I ordered a steak bowl and the steak was a little over cooked.

A little to expensive for a fast food, but over all is fine

When I went to pick up my food I stood by the register for 5 minutes without being acknowledge. Eventually someone asked what I needed I told them I had ordered online and needed to pick up. They asked my name and I wanted for another minute. It was very busy and an employee placed a bag on the register counter and never said it was mine. I waited another few minutes not knowing if it was my food or not because I didn't want to take an order that wasn't mine. Eventually the same employee who placed the bag on the counter rudely came over and said "this is yours". I'll takes business elsewhere.

The service was super slow. The quality of the food was fine, but a little overpriced.

The staff was comically incompetent. Kept confusing orders of the people in line. They struggled with everything from putting food in the bowls to check out. Very disappointing.
