We went to the counter to order. There was no line. Two associates were standing there ignoring us for a about 2 minutes. The line behind us grew to outside the door. They finally started our order. I guess they were working on an online order. Should at least acknowledge customers if busy instead of ignoring them and having personal conversations.

I ordered online and once I got there and paid for my food, they informed me that they had no guacamole. I had ordered s burrito and two chips with guac. They offered to pay me back and then gave me too little. I had to speak with a manager who was super rude about it to get back the correct amount.

Chipotle opens at 11am. We usually go on Saturdays around 11 or 1115 after our morning boxing class. The last 3 Saturday's in a row we have gone they have not had salad stuff ready. The first time the lettuce wasn't ready and all 3 times we had to wait for the dressing to be made. I'm not sure if they need to have opening staff there earlier or if salads are not a main priority, but I don't understand how they are never ready at open for salad customers.

Food was cold, the serving was less than usually what is served. The associates seemed more in joking around than servicing the customer

The food was tasteless the staff was rude & the meat was over seasoned the appearance of the restaurant was decent the location was convenient across from the mall
