The speed of service was really slow. Staff was friendly, though.

Customer service keeps going downhill here. I stood in line for 10 minutes before anyone took my order, with 4 people ahead of me. Normally it takes less than 5 minutes to get in and out even when busy.

The past couple if times we have been to chipotle the meat has been very fatty. And the meat parts are not cut in small chucks they are huge and need to cut up before you can eat them. This is not like chipotle.

Worst service, I never go to the georgesville chipotle because of how rude the workers are but i was in the area and craving it and it wasn't good at all.
