We only ever go to this location! Every time I’m met with associates who are kind and great at explaining car stuff to me. Today they recommended synthetic oil because of the age of my car and I was glad for the recommendation. Because they always do right by my family I felt confident choosing the synthetic at their recommend.

Customer service wonderful. Went out their way to service my needs.

People were very friendly and knowledgeable about the tires.

Friendly and quick service. Leanne greeted me in a friendly way and gave me the impression she was happy that I came into store. At checkout Justin was just a friendly and courteous and got me on my way quickly.

Everything was clear and well explained. They could have pushed and charged or done more work that I wanted but they realized I wanted everything that needed to be done done and that’s all they did. I respected that.Times are not easy right now financially for especially for retired folks.

These guys are great... Honesty & Integrity (not trying to sell me the Brooklyn Bridge) and they performed awesome work in a reasonable time.

I had broken down and ended up being towed to Big O which is a company I trust in a town I never had work done in. They squeezed me in and got the job done so I could make it home that night. Justin and Chris were very helpful through the whole process.
