Big O Tires

I had a tire that was low when I arrived and they did the oil change and tire rotation and didn’t add any air to my tires so the indicator showed it was the same tire in its rotated spot I had to take it to my friends shop to get it aired up

Took a long time to do simple IM check.

I drove an hour for my appointment only to find out that they did not have the correct tires ordered which forced me to reschedule and drive another hour back to the dealership to correct the problem. The second time around I feel Justin did a fine job and excellent service.

I had purchased my own trailer tires and needed the tires and rims taken off the trailer, my tires mounted and balanced and put back on the trailer. The store was very busy and many other tire shops locally said they did not have time on the saturday morning that I needed this accomplished. I was highly satisfied this location was willing to do the work. With that said, I left instructions to have one specific tire remain as the spare. I arrived as the work was being completed. The issue I saw was that the spare was not provisioned as specified. I had to let the person inside know the tire I wanted as the spare. They did a great job of finding my tire and putting that on my spare rim, but it was not balanced. It concerns me, if any were balanced, but the trailer is in storage not near me, and cannot easily find out if the other tires were balanced as requested. With the expensive rate 170.00 to do the work, I hope they are. I would be highly satisfied if the spare and all others were balanced.

When I buy I product with a guarantee, I expect for the guarantee to be honored. I bought a superior set of tires for my car along with a three year guarantee. My wife had to pay $55 for labor and $73 for a guarantee for the new tire when the previous (and guaranteed) tire blew out. I am not sure if this is right or not according to the guarantee. I felt as though there should be no charge for the new tire installation and definitely no charge for the warranty on the new tire.

Tires are to expensive, adjust prices.

First. The location number does not match the store. The actual location is 4546S 900 E Salt Lake City utah 84117. The price I paid to swap street to snow tires was 30% more than I have ever paid. I think for a returning customer it should be less. I can get it swapped for less at other places.

Pay more attention to the customer. Make sure tire orders are correct

Tires were not in stock. They were to be delivered from your warehouse the next day. Appointment was scheduled for the next day. Tires did not come in . Had to resubmit tire order on Friday and tires would not be in until the following Monday. Monday arrived and no one called. Went to the store location and was advised that a tire shipment was received. They advised that it would take a while to find the tires and they would call me. No one called. I had to call back. I was also advised that they would price match the competition. They did not do that. Over all the whole experience was very disappointing.
