Jan was amazing. Her skill and level of knowledge about so many products is like a visit to the dermatologist. She is a true asset to the Hand and Stone company. Being in the cosmetic industry and knowing that environment well- she is a gem! Receptionist was terrific as well.

Agnes my esthetician was very knowledgeable and experienced. Addressed all my concerns. Receptionist Brianne called me for a cancellation they had for my birthday. The cryo and peel facial were wonderful. My skin looked fantastic when I applied makeup the next day.

Great experience, front desk girl was so sweet, my massage was perfect- Alexis was so sweet, explained things well, and listened to what I was looking for, I signed up for membership.

I’ve always felt welcome when coming into the spa. The massage therapists have been amazing with their skill. I’m so glad I have this membership to come every month to do something for myself.

I get my massage from Alexis and she is simply amazing! I also see Diane for my facials and never disappointed with the services.

All of the people at this location are so friendly as soon as you walk through the door. They are super nice on the phone and they try their best to find an appointment that can fit into my busy schedule. They were able to address my concerns when I thought that if I didn't get my one massage in the month, I just lose it. But they told me that they carry over which is great! I love my massage therapist (Alexis)! She is so sweet and really listens when I tell her about any problem areas and she always makes sure that the pressure is to my liking.

The staff do such a fantastic job. The reception are is welcoming and relaxing. Experience is great.
