The facility was clean and calming. I liked that I was greeted with a smile and offered water and a warming neck wrap. I love the waterfall in the waiting room. My therapist was very professional and gave a great massage. The pressure was consistent throughout the massage.

It was easy to get an appointment for the next day. They gave me a hot neck roll when I walked in, which was a nice touch. My massage therapist was friendly and did a good job.

My therapist was knowledgeable and Professional. I was completely at ease and knew I was in a safe environment. I was very surprised at how expensive services have become. When I started my first membership and was employed by Hand and Stone, the introductory price was $39.95.

The receptionist was friendly and efficient in checking me in. The wait time was brief. Lisa did a a thorough job of seeking my expectations and providing a massage that was relaxing as requested.

The staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable and I’ve enjoyed each experience I’ve had, from massages to facials.
