I love chuys normally today I tried something different that was highly recommended, several of us got the same thing when I remarked that mine was too spicy hot to even ate my friends who had the same thing couldn't believe it, when I handed one of the my plate to taste mine they then did believe that mine was way spicier and hotter than theirs was

Okay food

Slow service . Strawberry mojito is horrible!!! Waiter was inefficient. But the food was delicious

The food is always good but the server sucked more than you could or possibly think. She gave me two thing with hair in it

They forgot to give me my plate on my to go order, they took forever and on top of that when I went to pick up my plate that was missing they gave me chicken instead of beef...

Bland food

The guy that was working the to go counter must have been having a bad day. He was short and blunt. Cutting you off when you were speaking to talk to a coworker. The only thing he did that was nice was getting me a coke while I waited.

Picked up catering order, they forgot half the food and skimped on the meat. Office that ate the food was very dissatisfied.
