One of the waitresses were so rude. I complained but never heard back from a manager. It took us for ever to have our order taken, a random waitress saw us looking unhappy and came over to see what the problem was ( we were hungry!)

The manager was so rude about gluten free options. It was discouraging and made me not want to go back to that specific location

We had called Chuy's last week, asking if they believe they would be able to accommodate a party of 20 at 1:30 on Sunday. They said they couldn't make a reservation, but they shouldn't have a problem seating us at that time. We called the morning of as well, and they told us it would be fine. We show up and they tell us it is going to be an hour and a half wait!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Don't lie to your customers just to try and get them to come to your restaurant. Be honest and tell them what your wait is like on Sunday afternoon. We went next door instead.
